I'm the Founder & CEO of The Local Guys, an Australian franchise group my wife Stacey and I built from a startup into a national network of 100+ franchise partners across Australia and New Zealand.
But beyond the boardroom, I'm a family man with three kids, an avid golfer, and a marathon and ultra-marathon runner (50km, 70km, 105km — and a Sydney Marathon 2026 lottery entrant).
My mission is simple: help everyday Australians achieve business ownership and financial freedom through franchising, and prove you can build a real business without sacrificing family or fitness.

That commitment has now passed $100,000 — thousands of jobs by Franchise Partners who chose to make every service count for something bigger than business. It moved World Vision's CEO to record a personal message of thanks, for the families now getting access to clean water, education, and hope.
